My fitness journey started as an athlete and a runner, then I soon found and got hooked on CrossFit to continue to feel a part of a team. I started CrossFit as a teen, but consistently I have been doing it for 7 years now. I am a physical therapist and I believe movement is medicine. I decided I wanted to share my passion for CrossFit and fitness, so I started my part-time coaching career in 2017. I love CrossFit because there is always something to work on! Two of my favorite workouts: DT and Holleyman. And unpopular opinions: I love burpees, and I love the Echo bike.
