I started fitness at a young age when my Dad put me on the BFS (Bigger, Faster, Stronger) program to train for Football and Lacrosse. I loved the fact that no matter what, the gym would be there for me regardless of circumstance, and the barbell provided a completely objective measurement of progress. In 2017, my brother and sister introduced me to CrossFit and it has been a staple in my life since. During the pandemic, my free time was spent reading and learning how to craft effective strength & conditioning programs. I started writing programs for my Mom and roommate at the time which made me realize it was rewarding to help others achieve their fitness goals. Since then, my passion for coaching has grown and I have earned my CrossFit L1, USA Weightlifting L1, and CrossFit Gymnastics certification.
